- The Barkey autocontrol is the control unit of the low flow solution to which the Barkey autoline is connected. The Barkey autocontrol is used to control the temperature of the green Barkey autoline into which the infusion set is inserted in order to heat the blood and infusion solutions.

Safety through dry tempering
The products have no direct contact with water in the Barkey plasmatherm C&G. Integrated leakage sensors detect leaks at an early stage and alert the user to possible deviations by means of visual and acoustic signals. Visual inspection of the samples through the transparent lid allows sensitive blood and blood products to be monitored throughout the entire thawing process.

The Barkey varitherm is a dry thawing unit with a temperature range from +30 °C to +60 °C. Due to the closed water system, the varitherm is GMP-compliant and is used in clean rooms.

Technology
The proven dry heating technology that operates with a closed water cycle, has two main benefits: the excellent characteristics in heat transfer of water while preventing the direct contact of the vials with water.
